Level: Intermediate (must have taken a beginner stained glass workshop previously)

In this five-session course, students will study the core techniques of the Tiffany (copper foil) method of stained glass while planning and fabricating a finished panel. Emphasis will be placed on material selection, tool use, and professional finishing methods.

Instruction will include:

• Selection and application of copper foil in various widths and backing colors

• Use and comparison of multiple foiling tools

• Application of patinas and understanding their visual and chemical effects

• Framing and reinforcing panels using zinc came

• Multiple patters will be available or bring you own!

Technical tips, troubleshooting strategies, and best practices will be discussed throughout the course in a collaborative learning environment.
