6-Week Session - Ages 16+

Saturdays, October 18th to November 22nd 5:00 to 8:00PM

Material Fee: 25lbs of clay is Included

*Prior to attending this class participants will need to be able to wedge, center, and open at least four pounds of clay and throw a small cylinder.

Each session will include both individual as well as group instruction accompanied by throwing demonstrations. Attendees will be encouraged to identify individual interests and will be given the time, space, and instruction to learn, build on and improve upon their wheel throwing techniques.

Week 1:. handling and wedging and centering larger amounts of clay

throwing cylinders.

Weeks 2,3,4: expanding the cylinder, adding coils, slabs and thrown sections to a wheel thrown
