This workshop offers a quiet, supportive space to spend time with your grief while creating something meaningful with your hands. Participants will make a layered metal pendant that includes a loved one’s name and a short word or phrase that feels connected to them.

We will begin with a simple breathwork practice to help settle the body, followed by optional journaling to explore words, memories, or feelings you may want to carry into your piece. The focus is not on creating something perfect, but on allowing the process of making to support reflection, connection, and moments of steadiness.

Basic jewelry techniques will be introduced, including stamping, forming, and finishing. Students may choose to work in copper, brass, or silver.

This class is intentionally small and paced to allow space for both making and quiet reflection. Sharing is always optional.

Participants will leave with a finished pendant, along with simple tools such as breathwork and journaling that can be returned to outside of class.

No prior jewelry experience is required.
